Supply Sales and Technical Advisor

One Stop is hiring a Supply Sales and Technical Advisor. This person is responsible to develop and increase sales in our supply business and to provide technical guidance to customers and employees regarding the proper selection and use of all textile decoration supplies distributed by One Stop, servicing the screenprint, embroidery, heat transfer and sublimation industries. . Key Functions: • Provide daily and ongoing technical support to customers by responding to questions and inquiries surrounding the supply business that our CSR’s are unable to address properly. Assist customer in choosing the proper products to suit decoration needs, provide answers to product inquiries and provide solutions to technical challenges. • Develop and maintain key customer call list (250-350 accounts) by continually identifying large/growing/potential users of our supply products and contact these accounts daily/weekly/monthly to inquire on their business, discuss challenges, suggest products, grow sales, and build loyalty to One Stop. • Visit customers on-site 1-2 days per week to seek opportunities to introduce new products, provide sampling, increase sales and assist in resolving technical challenges with products and processes. • Responsible to attend all company trade show, table top, and road show events to meet customers, promote One Stop and our supply business. Overnight stays are required for these events. • Accountable for development of the product line and what we offer; work with Vice President in seeking new products and line extensions to consistently present a well-rounded offering of products that have market presence that will help grow the overall business • Participate in the annual development of the supply catalog; proofing, updating text, obtaining new pricing, product images, and writing helpful tips to include throughout the layout. • Provide annual training session to internal representatives upon release of new catalog each year to review and educate on new products and industry trends as well as refresh knowledge on existing products. • Partner with various mill representatives to establish periodic on-site educational seminars to customers to give free training on new techniques, problem solving, and introduction to products. Responsible to develop videos of these educational sessions and create additional short film education videos to house on our website for self-help tech support and increase product awareness. • Ensure the efficient procedures and successful execution of our Custom Ink and Frame Remesh services. Qualifications: • High School Diploma and minimum 3 years of experience in the textile printing industry (sales, marketing, production) • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the textile screen-printing business is required; additional knowledge and/or experience in the embroidery, heat transfer, and/or sublimation markets are a strong plus. • Direct contact customer service and/or sales experience is required. • Prior affiliation with the imprintable sportswear industry is preferred • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, supervisors and peers which requires excellent communication skills (grammar, enunciation, pronunciation). • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems. • Self-driven, results oriented with a clear focus on high quality result
