Customer Service Specialist

We are now accepting applications for Customer Service Specialist position. The work week is Monday through Friday, no weekends. The ideal candidate would be available between 10:30a-7:00pm. This position is within our call center, most calls are escalated from a Customer Service Representative. Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for handling incoming calls regarding accuracy and defect related products received by the customer while working within the company guidelines for shipping replacements and other solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. They answer and respond to complex customer inquiries, explaining information related to company products, policies, and standards. This includes troubleshooting and assuring successful completion of all issues presented by customers. You will serve as Customer Service Representative at scheduled times and during heavy call volumes The ideal candidate needs to want a fast paced job that constantly changes. The ability to multi task quickly partnered with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations are musts for this position. The right candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, including but not limited to first rate telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Minimal Qualifications: - A high school diploma is required. - At least one year of customer service experience is required. - Call center experience preferred. - Strong computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
